FAQ
-
Do I need a license agreement to use the stock footage?Yes. You can email us with your order number and we'll get your license agreement signed and returned ASAP.
-
Are licenses required for individual episodes of a TV series? Our agreement license covers you for the full season of an episodic television series. You can use the footage in multiple episodes throughout the season. However, the license agreement will not cover you for a different season or spin-off series.

I don't have any lower thirds for a news piece, can you help?Of course! Our 4K news clips come packaged with some lower third options and an Adobe XD file to give you some flexibility if you want to customize some text. And we can always generate custom lower third elements for you. There is a separate cost for this process and that is determined by what you need, does it need to be animated? do we need to incorporate images and other details? Email us at jargonvideostock@gmail.com and we'll get you setup.
-
What formats are your clips in?We try to list the specs in the clips themselves but most clips are in H264 MP4 format. When clips contain additional graphical elements (such as the 4K newscasters) we use PNG with an alpha channel.

I really need format as DNxHD, can you help?If you need a simple conversion, we can definitely handle that, but it might take us a day to get around to it. It's not an automated process, so if you email us late at night during an edit session with a request for a DNxHD or other version of a clip you just purchased, you might not get that clip until the following day. Well do our best to get it to you quickly!
